High-performance hockey development for athletes from U10 to Junior levels of hockey across the Greater Toronto Area. Train like the elite.
Jaden Raad is a current U SPORTS hockey player at Toronto Metropolitan University with over 15 years of competitive playing experience across multiple levels of elite hockey. His career began in the OMHA and has progressed through the GTHL, NOJHL, and OJHL systems, leading to his current position as a defenceman and team leader with TMU, one of the top-ranked varsity programs in the country. Jaden has also gained exposure to the OHL pathway, including the draft process and organizational standards, and has trained alongside high-level players while working with NHL coaches and athletes in elite training environments.
Having navigated the Canadian major junior route, the NCAA pathway, and U SPORTS hockey, Jaden brings a comprehensive, firsthand understanding of the different development streams available to players pursuing higher levels of the game. This experience provides a unique advantage in helping athletes and families understand what is required at each stage and how to prepare for it. Throughout his career, Jaden has trained in high-performance environments with nationally recognized coaches, developing strong connections within elite hockey circles that have deepened his understanding of the game. His background across multiple leagues and systems allows him to teach not only technical skills, but the in-game habits, pace, and decision-making that coaches at the junior, collegiate, and professional levels look for.
As both a player and mentor, Jaden emphasizes development that translates directly to game performance. His approach is built on real experience, a deep understanding of the game, and a commitment to helping athletes navigate their own path through competitive hockey.
